The HeartMath Institute's 18 years of research has focused
on creating the foundation for lifelong emotional and physical well-being for educators, students, and administrators.
IHM is focused in two main areas: research and education--basic research
on emotional physiology and heart-brain interactions, clinical studies, and research on the physiology of learning and performance. This research forms the foundation for the development of practical, scientifically-validated tools and technologies that enable people to improve their health, performance, and quality of life.
